Gary serves as Chief Operating Officer at DVG, where he leads the operational execution and delivery of mission-critical technology solutions supporting public safety and government operations.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning law enforcement operations, systems integration, and investigative support, Gary has played a key role in shaping and deploying operational platforms, including real-time crime centers, investigative tools, and intelligence-driven systems. His background uniquely bridges frontline public safety experience with technology implementation.

Prior to joining DVG, Gary served as a Detective Investigator with the New York City Police Department, including his work with the Real Time Crime Center, where he supported major felony investigations, contributed to application requirements, and led testing and training efforts. Gary is recognized for his operational leadership, deep domain expertise in law enforcement, and strong client engagement.

Gary remains actively engaged in advancing technologies that support safer, more connected communities.
