John serves as Vice President at DVG, where he advises engineers on the design and architecture of scalable technology solutions for public safety and government clients. He provides technical guidance, shares engineering best practices, and helps teams address complex design challenges.

With more than 20 years of experience in software development and architecture, John brings deep expertise in enterprise application development, search and indexing technologies, and data-driven systems. His background includes designing database-driven web and mobile applications and leading Agile development teams in delivering high-performance solutions.

In his advisory role, John strengthens DVG’s engineering capabilities by supporting sound technical decisions and developing reliable, maintainable systems that meet the operational needs of the agencies DVG serves.
