Rob serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth & Business Development at DVG, where he works closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans that advance the firm’s growth, market presence, and portfolio of products and services. He oversees DVG’s Technology and GIS functions, aligning these teams with business priorities, client needs, and innovation opportunities.

With more than 25 years of experience in high-tech markets, enterprise sales, and systems integration, Rob brings a broad perspective on connecting technical capabilities with business opportunities. His work has supported the adoption of large-scale solutions across public and private sector organizations, including video surveillance systems, network security solutions, and data-driven technologies.

Before joining DVG, Rob held leadership roles at BRS Labs, Adtech Global, and Symantec, where he led enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution for cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions. He has experience building high-performing sales teams, strengthening client relationships, and developing strategies that turn market opportunities into revenue growth.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is committed to strengthening collaboration across DVG’s business and technical teams to deliver solutions that support safer, more connected communities.
